idn96 Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between idn96 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Member", "you", "your") who accesses, registers with, or uses any product or service offered through the idn96 website and associated subdomains (collectively, "the Platform"). These Terms apply to all gaming products available on idn96, including but not limited to the sportsbook, live casino, slot games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws, and esports betting markets.

By completing the idn96 account registration process, clicking any "I Agree" checkbox, or by simply accessing and using the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you accept and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register for and use an idn96 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. idn96 strictly enforces an adults-only policy. Registration by or on behalf of any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.
• You must be the individual whose personal details are provided during the registration process. Registering on behalf of a third party is not permitted.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded Member on any idn96 self-exclusion register or any external responsible gaming exclusion scheme recognised by idn96.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee of idn96 or any of its affiliated companies, gaming software providers, or payment partners.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law in a manner that criminalises the player (idn96 does not accept liability for your compliance with local law; it is your sole responsibility to verify your legal position before registering).

Each eligible individual may hold only one registered idn96 Account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact telephone number, and a valid email address. You agree to promptly update your Account details if any of this information changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your idn96 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time authentication codes with any third party. idn96 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to secure your credentials. You must notify idn96 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised activity on your Account.

idn96 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence, together with proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. idn96 may suspend a Member's ability to withdraw funds until satisfactory KYC documentation has been received and verified. Providing false or fraudulent documentation is grounds for permanent account closure and may be reported to relevant authorities.

• One account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device is permitted.
• Accounts found to share payment methods, IP addresses, or device fingerprints may be flagged for investigation and suspended pending review.
• Any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be voided in their entirety.

All transactions on the idn96 Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). idn96 supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of local Indonesian banking and e-wallet channels.

• Bank transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata.
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

idn96 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify supported payment methods at any time without prior notice. The current list of available payment methods is displayed in your Account dashboard at login.

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Member tier and are displayed at the time of deposit.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned, less any processing fees incurred.
• idn96 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which idn96 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits credited in error must be reported immediately. idn96 reserves the right to recover any erroneously credited funds at any time.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed in the withdrawal section of your Account.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability. idn96 may request that withdrawals be sent to a different method where necessary for compliance or security reasons.
• E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically processed within 15–60 minutes, subject to availability.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are processed during finance hours: 08:00–22:00 WIB (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next available business cycle.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to KYC verification prior to processing. idn96 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of identity checks.
• idn96 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard transactions. Express withdrawal services, where available, may attract a nominal processing fee which will be clearly disclosed prior to confirmation.

idn96 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this clause.

• Each bonus offer is available only to Members who meet the stated eligibility criteria at the time of claiming.
• Unless stated otherwise, each bonus may be claimed once per Member, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must satisfy applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal as cash.
• Wagering requirements ("rollover") specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, where stated) must be wagered before a withdrawal request can be processed. The applicable multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Bonus Funds expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the validity period stated on the promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• idn96 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time and to void any bonus that has been obtained through abuse, exploitation, or in violation of these Terms.

The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in the immediate voiding of all associated bonuses and may result in account suspension:

• Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming the same promotion more than once.
• Coordinating bets with other Members to exploit bonus wagering requirements (bonus hunting or arbitrage).
• Placing hedged bets across multiple outcomes on the same event to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk.
• Using Bonus Funds on game types or market categories that idn96 has excluded from wagering requirement contribution, where such exclusions are stated on the promotion page.

All bets, wagers, and game rounds placed on idn96 are subject to the specific product rules applicable to that game type, in addition to the general rules in this clause. Product-specific rules are accessible within each game category on the Platform.

• All sports bets are accepted subject to idn96 sportsbook rules. Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. Only the odds confirmed at the time of bet acceptance are applicable.
• In the event of match cancellation, postponement beyond 24 hours of the original scheduled start time, or abandonment, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless idn96's specific sport rules state otherwise.
• Live in-play bets are accepted at idn96's discretion. idn96 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.
• Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the parlay to pay out. One void selection reduces the parlay to the remaining legs.

• All casino games use certified random number generator (RNG) technology or live dealer tables provided by licensed third-party studios including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round will be declared void and the stake returned to the Member's Balance.
• Game results are final once the round has concluded and the outcome has been confirmed by the game server. idn96 will not reverse a completed game result except in cases of verified technical error.

Togel draw results are determined by the official draw outcomes of the referenced pool (e.g., Singapore, Sydney, Hong Kong). idn96 publishes results promptly after each draw. Winning calculations are applied automatically to the Member's Account upon result verification. Disputes regarding draw results must be submitted within 24 hours of the result being published on the Platform.

• Esports markets are offered on titles including Mobile Legends MPL Indonesia, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire, Dota 2, CS2, and Valorant, subject to availability.
• Esports events that are cancelled or postponed by the organiser will follow the same void and return policy as sportsbook events.
• Where an esports match result is disputed by the participating teams or organising body, idn96 reserves the right to delay settlement pending resolution of the official result.

idn96 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting Members from the potential harms associated with excessive gambling. The following tools are available to all Members through the Account settings panel after login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps on your Account.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds per day, week, or month.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic notifications that alert you when you have been active on the Platform for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your ability to log in or deposit for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) without permanently closing your Account.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the stated exclusion period.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in a manner that constitutes an unfair advantage over other Members or over idn96.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or defraud idn96.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy server, or other anonymisation technology for the purpose of circumventing geographic or account-level restrictions.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or pricing anomalies to generate guaranteed profits ("arbing"). Any winnings generated through such exploitation will be voided.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing idn96 staff or other Members through any communication channel.

All content, design elements, software, trademarks, logos, and proprietary systems on the idn96 Platform are the intellectual property of idn96 or its licensed suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the idn96 Platform without prior written consent from idn96. Unauthorised use of idn96 trademarks — including the idn96 brand name, logo, or associated design marks — is strictly prohibited.

idn96 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering with idn96, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

idn96 uses your data to administer your Account, process transactions, verify your identity, provide customer support, and — where you have provided consent — send you promotional communications. idn96 does not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, KYC verification partners, fraud prevention services, and gaming software providers where necessary to deliver Platform services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, idn96 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if idn96 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services caused by events beyond idn96's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service outages, force majeure events, government action, or third-party provider failures.
• Any errors or inaccuracies in odds, game results, or account information arising from technical malfunctions, provided that idn96 takes reasonable steps to correct such errors upon discovery.
• Any financial loss you sustain as a result of gambling activity on the Platform. You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that all betting and gaming decisions are made at your sole discretion.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits idn96's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

idn96 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where idn96 reasonably believes that:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal purposes.
• The Member has provided false information during registration or KYC.
• Regulatory, compliance, or AML obligations require idn96 to restrict the Account.
• The Member's continued use of the Platform poses a risk to idn96, other Members, or third parties.

Members may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting idn96 customer support via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of applicable bonus deductions) will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to satisfactory completion of any pending KYC requirements.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which idn96 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through idn96's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution.

You acknowledge that idn96 is an internationally licensed and regulated online gaming platform. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction of residence, including applicable Indonesian law. idn96 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction.

idn96 may amend these Terms at any time by publishing an updated version on this page. Where amendments are material, idn96 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to Members via email or an in-platform notification. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
